Vehicle dependability improved significantly despite continuing consumer angst with built-in vehicle technology, namely voice recognition and Bluetooth pairing, according to the J.D. Power 2018 Vehicle Dependability Study, which was released today.
The Lexus brand tops the list in overall vehicle dependability. The Porsche 911 is the highest-ranking luxury vehicle in dependability; and the Chevrolet Malibu has that honor in the mass-market category.
