Nano Dimension and Desktop Metal have jointly announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Nano Dimension will acquire all outstanding shares of Desktop Metal in an all-cash transaction. The transaction represents a 27.3% premium to Desktop Metal’s closing price for total consideration of approximately $183 million.
