Trans-Pacific Aerospace Company, Inc. (“TPAC” or “Company”) (OTCBB: TPAC), wishes to disclose its entry into the electric transport (“E-transport”) industry.
The Company has signed a global distribution agreement with a major E-transport manufacturer in China to be the importer/distributor of its E-transport vehicles in every country outside of China. The agreement is for a term of five years. As a result of the agreement, the Company has received orders, accepted pre-orders, and booked revenue for the sale of these E-transport vehicles.
