Private Astronauts Are Set for Flight to Space Station on SpaceX Rocket

Private astronauts are slated to fly on one of Elon Musk’s rockets to the International Space Station on Friday as space companies continue to test demand for commercial missions to orbit.

Axiom Space Inc., a Houston company led by a former National Aeronautics and Space Administration space-station executive, arranged the planned flight, selling tickets and hiring Mr. Musk’s SpaceX to transport the quartet. Axiom has said the flight would be the first all-private mission to the space station.
