Like it or not, General Motors is a hot tech company, taking chances and risks, but also showing its innovation and moxie.
It started with the company’s leap-frogging of Tesla by rolling out the Chevy Bolt this fall, an electric vehicle that delivers 238 miles of range. That is at least a full year ahead of Tesla’s Model 3, but there are plenty of skeptics who doubt the proposed delivery date of the “budget-priced” Tesla, so GM could have the advantage for longer than expected.
