Called VOMDA1271, “the component is available in a SOP-4 housing. The driver is the only one of its kind in this package size with an isolation voltage of 3.750 V [sic] and a typical open-circuit output voltage of 8.5V”, according to component distributor Rutronik, which is stocking the part.
8.5V is the typical output voltage (6.5Vmin) when driven with 10mA though the input-side LED, or 15μA typically (25°C, 8μA minimum) available if the output is short-circuited.
