Embraer Expands U.S. Service Network with Texas MRO Facilities

Embraer, a prominent aerospace manufacturer, is set to expand its maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services network in the United States with new facilities at Perot Field Alliance Airport in Fort Worth, Texas. This expansion, in collaboration with the City of Fort Worth, Denton County, and the State of Texas, signifies a major leap forward for the aerospace giant. The first of these new facilities, housed in an existing hangar, is projected to begin operations in the first quarter of 2025, while a second hangar is scheduled for completion by 2027. The new service center aims to significantly increase Embraer’s capacity to support the growing fleet of E-Jets in North America, enhancing both capacity and capability.

Carlos Naufel, President and CEO of Embraer Services & Support, emphasized that this expansion aligns with Embraer’s growth strategy in the U.S. and is designed to offer world-class support to its customers. The Fort Worth service center will be part of Embraer’s extensive global network, which includes 80 authorized centers and 12 owned service centers. The project is subject to approval by local government authorities and the provision of specific incentives.
